I’m back!!!

Ok, so I haven’t been the best at the whole blogging thing! I’m hoping to get better! I wish I could say that in the past 6 days since I’ve been on here that our life has been somewhat exciting, but no. I have been working on getting my house organized. Catching up on laundry…I think I’ve done over 100 loads! Some of which are still sitting on my couch ready to be folded!  I FINALLY got my Christmas tree taken down.  Seems like I’m running about a week behind in everything! I guess that is because we have been outside enjoying the warm weather!

Remember: Life is a journey, not a destination! Enjoy your journey!!!

Day Two!

So life has been somewhat uneventful in our house. Robyn had dance last night and I think we decided to try to raise money for a competition at Disney in April. I have decided to start Project Life. If you haven’t heard about Project Life, go here to read up on what it is. Basically it is a much easier way to document/scrapbook. Heaven knows I don’t have the time I used to to scrapbook. I did get 2010’s book basically finished and 2011 half way finished with Heritage Makers. Here are some of my pages from 2010.

Sorry about the photos. I probably should have taken everything out of the protectors, but I didn’t. Anyway! I have also made a few books through Heritage Makers. I will hopefully share a link to Sammie’s birth book when I figure out how to do it!  LOL  I will also be sharing how Project Life is going. I just ordered it today, so I’m waiting with baited breath!!

Remember: Life is a Journey, not a Destination.  Enjoy the Journey!!!

Well Here Goes Nothing!

I REALLY don’t know what I’m doing, but I decided to start this blog to capture our journey. One of my favorite sayings is:

“Life is a journey, not a destination…” ~ Ralph Waldo Emerson (…but Aerosmith said it, too.)

I am hoping to be able to share my photos, DIY projects, creative ideas, recipes and silly stories about my adorable kids.  My kids don’t hold much of a conversation outside of Nick Jr or Disney, and my husband does the occasional “uh huh” while walking through the house on his way outdoors.  This will let me get everything out of my head in what seems to be a productive way.  So you guys are going to get everything…the good, the bad and the ugly!

Here are some photos taken over Christmas….
